Summary
We are recruiting a Deckhand to join a well-established 90m+ world-cruising private/charter motor yacht with an excellent crew culture and strong longevity.
The boat is currently cruising the Caribbean with a mix of private and charter trips - They will return to the Med for summer 2026 with several charters confirmed
The crew is long standing providing continuity to the programme. They enjoying staying active and socialising together in downtime.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 year experience on a 50m+
• Yachtmaster in hand is preferable
• confident with all deck duties and tender driving
• Looking for a long-term commitment to a program
• Additional skills such a videography are high desirable
Package
• Salary: €3,000 per month with YMO
• Equal share of charter tips
– 90 days leave per annum - Kept as close to a 3:1 rotation as operationally possible
• Start date: From 5th January onwards
• Training budget available for long-term crew only
