Summary
We are seeking a mature and professional individual with a positive, non-toxic attitude who will blend well with the existing crew.
The ideal candidate is not focus on partying and is happy to spend time socialising and building good relationship on board.
Excellent tender driving skills are essential, along with confidence when interacting with guests and the ability to provide a high standard of service.
Strong leadership skills are required (management of 3 deckhands and covering 2nd officer while he's on leave). Previous solo watchkeeping experience is preferred.
