Summary

We are seeking an experienced Male (Due to cabin arrangements) Head Chef to join a 58m sailing yacht.

Worldwide itinerary, with a focus on the Pacific Islands, Australia, Indonesia, and Japan over the next year. The ideal candidate will possess fine dining experience and demonstrate strong guest communication skills, ensuring a high standard of culinary excellence for up to eight guests and eleven crew members.

This is a Sole chef position which requires an individual with a calm demeanour, low ego & good experience, capable of thriving in remote locations while collaborating effectively with a dedicated crew and accommodating the preferences of the owners/charter guests. The role is rotational, offering a shared cabin and a competitive package, including premium economy flights for journeys exceeding six hours.

Bonus scheme in place as well as equally shared tips.

Candidates in the region will be considered first.
