We are looking for a confident and experienced Deckhand to join a fantastic 85m+ Private and Charter MY
This is a very family-oriented yacht, with lots of beach setups, extensive watersports, inflatables, swimming, and plenty of energetic activity — ideal for an active, fun, and hands-on deckhand who enjoys working in a fast pace environment
There is a nice mix of family and charter trips
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience on 50m+ M/Y
- Yacht Rating or Yachtmaster in hand
- Strong tender driving experience a bonus
- Active, fit, and healthy
- Additional skills advantageous (e.g. carpentry, watersports instructor)
- Confident with guest-facing operations
- Valid B1/B2 visa (minimum 6 months remaining)
Package
- Start Date: 5th January 2025 in the Caribbean
- Salary: €3,000 DOE
- Leave: 90 days (60 + 30)
