Summary
We are looking for an experienced Deckhand, who is well-rounded and positive, for a prestigious and highly reputable 100m+ Private MY. Min one years experience on a 70m+ MY with Yacht master and B1 Visa in hand.
Our ideal candidate is driven, wanting to learn and develop, a great communicator, switched on and observant, detail oriented and willing to exceed guest expectations. A down-to-earth, level-headed candidate, full of energy and with a great sense of humour.
Our Deckhand will ideally come from a strong watersports background.
Tender driving skills is essential and a keen interest for sports, such as wakeboarding, kiteboarding, surfing, running, cycling or other additional skills is an advantage.
This is a continual / annual season MY with experienced and adventurous owner, happy to take his yacht off the beaten track but also equally happy to dock in big cities that allows exploration, so this role is not for the faint hearted, we need a hardworking, positive, friendly and enthusiastic candidate.
Many of the crew onboard has worked for the owner for a long time, so crew retention is HIGH.
This role would best suit a candidate who is ambitious, with a long-term goal in his yachting career, this yacht welcome career progression and encourages crewmembers to study and develop. A candidate who wants to join a professionally run yacht traveling to some amazing destinations.
The owning family are interactive with the crew so this role suits someone who is social but always being professional, an easy-going and friendly candidate that works hard with a smile on his face, willing to learn from highly experienced and professional team members.

Requirements for application: Min 1years’ experience as a Deckhand on 70m+ MY, good verifiable references are a must, large tender driving experience, a true No-Smoker/ NO-Vaping
Salary: Euros DOE
