Summary
We are requiring a Rotational Sole Chef to join a 35m+ motor vessel.
This is a privately owned vessel, primarily family used on the East Coast of America and the Bahamas.
The candidate must have experience with Asian cuisines, preferably traditional Chinese cuisine. Japanese, dumplings, dim sum, soups, noodles etc.
It’s a bonus if you can speak Mandarin !
We are looking for an experienced Sole or Head Chef, who prioritizes organization and cleanliness in their workplace, as well as timeliness and efficiency.
A B1B2 visa is required to apply for this position.
There is a fantastic and supportive crew onboard, and very kind owners.
Package:
Salary: $7000-$8000 DOE + 13th month bonus
Leave: 2:2 Rotation
