We are recruiting an experienced, polished, and culturally aware Chief Stewardess for a newly built 60m private motor yacht. The successful candidate will be involved in the final outfitting and interior setup ahead of the yacht’s delivery (March/April 2026). Given the owners’ Middle Eastern background, prior experience working within similar cultural settings is highly desirable.
Requirements:
Valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2, Security Awareness.
Extensive experience as Chief Stewardess on 50m+ private yachts.
Background with Middle Eastern owners preferred.
Previous new build or initial vessel setup experience is essential.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
High cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
Working Environment:
This is a strictly dry vessel: no alcohol, no smoking, no visible tattoos, and no social media or onboard photos. The Captain fosters a calm, positive, and supportive work culture. The yacht is not heavily used, with owner trips mainly in July and August, plus two additional weeks in September.
The Chief Stewardess will lead the interior department, ensure impeccable service standards, and maintain smooth daily operations. The role requires a hands-on approach, a discreet and respectful demeanor, and the ability to train, motivate, and oversee the interior team.
