Job description:
An UHNW family is seeking a highly experienced and flexible Private Chef to join their household culinary team on a rotational basis.
The role will support the family's land-based residences between London, Dubai & St. Moritz.
The family currently employs one travelling chef, and this new position will operate on a 2-week on / 2-week off rotation, alternating with the existing chef.
During on-weeks, the chef will typically work from 10:00am to 10:00pm with breaks in between. Support is provided by a kitchen assistant or helper, primarily for prep and dishes.
This is a dynamic role suited to a chef with previous private household experience for UHNW families, alongside a fine-dining or Michelin-trained resume. The ideal candidate must be quick-thinking, discreet, and comfortable managing last-minute events, travel changes, and high standards under pressure.
Duties include preparing fresh, beautifully presented meals for the family and guests, as well as supporting small-scale entertaining when required. Cuisine style is modern, health-conscious, and varied – adaptability and creativity are key.
Due to the role involving regular work across multiple EU countries, candidates must already hold unrestricted rights to live and work in both the UK and the EU.
All travel (outside of London) and accommodation costs will be covered by the family.
The compensation package is competitive and reflects the level of flexibility and responsibility required.
