Experience and attributes required:
· The desired candidate should have an extensive background in Japanese cuisine, including aspects such as sushi, sashimi and hot Japanese preparations.
· Preference for experience within Japan and internationally.
· No vessel experience required, a consideration for a land-based chef
· Happy to work under guidance and replicate dishes already in place for guests and assist where else required for crew preparations and other guest menus.
Qualifications required:
· Accredited culinary training course
· PDSD
· Crowd Management
· STCW updated
· Seafarer Medical Certificate
· Seaman Discharge Book
