Summary
Looking for an experienced Chef to join a 60m private MY for a one month contract.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be ready to hit the ground running. The period on board will include a 10–14 day guest trip, in addition to cooking for a crew of 15–16.
This will be a busy program, so the candidate must be highly organised, adaptable and confident managing time and provisioning. A strong repertoire across a wide variety of cuisines is essential, along with the ability to cater to guest preferences, dietary requirements and high-end presentation standards.
Start date is immediate to join the vessel in the US.
Day rate to be discussed in interview.
B1B2 visa in hand.
Candidates in US preferable.
