A 50-meter private motor yacht urgently requires a female deckhand.
Due to cabin arrangements - Female only.
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team in the Bahamas immediately. This position is ideal for someone passionate about boating and customer service who wants to thrive in an exceptional maritime environment.
Prefer someone in the USA or the Bahamas
Responsibilities
- Assist the captain and crew with all navigation operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order on the deck and in common areas.
- Participate in docking and undocking maneuvers.
- Help with yacht maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, and light repairs.
- Provide excellent service to guests on board, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Follow safety and health procedures on board.
Requirements
- Must be available to join ASAP.
- STCW up to date
- ENG1 up to date
- B1/B2 visa
- Previous experience as a deckhand or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions.
