Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cook/Steward(ess) for a 24-meter sailing yacht with a permanent position available in the United States.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for a small crew of four, along with the owners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization in both the galley and common areas. Additionally your role will entail assisting the sole stewardess with the stew duties onboard. Daily tasks will include detailing, menu planning, provisioning, and maintaining inventories on board.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, strong culinary skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with provisioning in the Caribbean is a plus, along with the ability to adapt to the unique demands of life at sea.
