Summary
A 57m motor yacht is looking for an experienced Deckhand to commence the 1st of February in the Caribbean.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy fast paced dual season private and charter yacht.
The ideal candidate will hold their STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Yachtmaster Offshore and B1/2 visa.
The package includes a 3 month on 1 month off rotation, above industry standard salary DOE, charter tips an annual bonus and a annual pay review.
Candidates must have at least 2 years yachting experience on similar sized yachts, be a motivated self-starter with proven longevity, be confident driving large tenders and fishing experience is beneficial.
The expected itinerary is the Caribbean, then through Panama Canal to Costa Rica back to the Caribbean and onto the Mediterranean for the 2026 season, with charters already booked.
