Summary
We are recruiting an experienced Deckhand for a Med-based single-season private M/Y. This is a predominantly deck-focused role, with some light assistance in the engine room required from time to time as needed.
The right candidate will be career-driven, safety-conscious and genuinely passionate about deck work. They should hold a Yacht Rating and bring strong deck experience, including confident tender driving, excellent watersports and toy-handling skills, and solid general maintenance abilities. PWC competence and a valid driving licence are also required.
This position is ideal for someone proactive, practical and eager to develop, someone who takes pride in their deck duties and is comfortable providing light engineering support when needed. A positive, level-headed approach and strong professionalism are essential.
