Winch Yacht Recruitment are currently looking for an Experienced Deckhand to join a 40m MY based out of San Diego. The vessel is currently in the shipyard, so the successful candidate will be based in a no expense crew house with the rest of the crew. The vessel is mainly used out of San Diego but does venture further afield. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years yachting experience behind them already, with ideally that 1 year being as a Sole Deckhand, as this position will give you the title of Lead Deckhand on your cv .You must be a confident tender driver, and be able to follow instruction's from your HOD,s with no problems. The salary for this position is not negotiable, so if you are looking for more then this is probably not for you. Must have your B1B2 visas in hand, so please do not apply without them.
