TEMP DECKHAND 75M MY:
We are seeking a Deckhand to join a 75m M/Y for a 10-day charter over Christmas and New Year. There is also the possibility for this role to transition into a permanent position starting in February.
The temp role:
- Contract dates: 23rd Dec - 5th Jan
- Full Deckhand position covering all exterior duties, maintenance, water sports, and guest operations
- Includes a 10 day charter in the Caribbean
- Heavy watersports based charter - surfing, kiteboarding, fishing
- Day rate: 150 USD + charter tip
- Fast paced trip - moving around the Caribbean a lot
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience on similar-sized yachts
- Yachtmaster Offshore preferred
- Ideally have skills in surfing, kiteboarding or fishing
- Confident in guest-facing operations during private use and charters
- B1/B2 visa required
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
