A well-established 45m charter M/Y is seeking an experienced and motivated Deckhand.
- This is a dual-season vessel with a consistently busy program, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced guest environment and an active role on deck.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- The crew are a fit and active crew, when off the boat
- Confident tender driving skills and confidence with guest operations
- Good knowledge of deck maintenance, watersports setups, and daily exterior routines
- Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with charter guests
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
- PWC Instructor, diving, or watersports qualifications are an advantage
- Busy charter schedule with strong tips
- Supportive, experienced crew and an upbeat onboard culture
- Great opportunity to develop skills on a well-run vessel
- B1/B2 is essential
