The First Officer aboard M/Y Cristobal is responsible for supporting the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, overseeing deck crew, and ensuring the highest standards of seamanship and guest service. This role requires strong navigational expertise, with proven experience operating luxury motor yachts throughout the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and the U.S. East Coast. The First Officer will manage voyage planning, bridge operations, watchkeeping, safety drills, maintenance of deck equipment, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
