Job description:
This position is for a Chef onboard a busy 48m dual-season charter motoryacht built in 2020.
The vessel operates an active programme with frequent guest use, requiring someone confident working as the sole chef onboard.
The role is open to female candidates only due to cabin arrangements onboard.
The chef will manage all aspects of the galley, including guest and crew meals, provisioning in varied locations, and maintaining a clean and well-organised workspace. The ability to plan varied menus, work independently, and remain calm during charter periods is essential. Strong organisation and communication skills are needed to coordinate smoothly with the captain and interior team.
The contract includes 60 days of holiday to be reviewed after the trial. This role suits a chef who is adaptable, positive, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced charter environment.
