Summary

Responsible for cooking in an apartment in the Athens area while yacht galley is out of order, preparing buffet-style takeaway lunches for onboard service, and prepping dinner meals in a meal-prep format for five separate apartments. Duties include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and weekend food.
