Summary
BOSUN 95M MY:
We are looking for a Bosun to join a 95m private/charter vessel with a dual-season program. This is a busy, well-run yacht with an established deck team and strong charter activity year-round.
The role:
- Overseeing a team of seven Deckhands
- No Lead Deckhand onboard - this is a hands-on leadership role
- Busy private/charter program with consistent guest operations
- Caribbean season now, followed by a full Med summer season
- Vessel entering a 10-year period in October 2026
- Start early February
What we’re looking for:
- Preferably a career-focused Bosun with strong yacht experience
- Open to candidates with a minimum of 1.5 years in a Bosun role on similar-sized vessels
- Strong operational skill set: deck maintenance, guest ops, water sports
- Yachtmaster beneficial but not essential
- Strong stock control abilities, with experience using management systems (e.g. Pinpoint, IDEA, Voly).
- Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced charter environment and maintain high standards across the deck team
- B1/B2 not essential -the vessel can assist with this
