Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Head of House to join a 120m+ private motor yacht.
The role requires a confident leader with strong organisational skills, the ability to collaborate across multiple interior departments, and a genuine passion for fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Head of House or senior housekeeping leadership role on 80m+ vessels
- Strong background on 100m+ yachts preferred
- Charter experience
- Explorer yacht experience highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead and support a large housekeeping team
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, adaptable, and positive leadership approach
- Additional skills such as diving, freediving, kite surfing, or similar are an asset
- ENG1, STCW, Security Awareness, Food & Hygiene Level II, Crowd Control, Crisis Management, Seaman’s Book required
Start date: March
Salary: EUR 6,000 per month
Rotation: 2:2
Location: Europe
Itinerary: Worldwide private operations with a strong explorer and scientific focus.
