Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Head of Service to join a 100m+ private motor yacht.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head of Service or senior service leadership role on 80m+ vessels
- Strong background on 100m+ yachts preferred
- Proven ability to lead, train, and support a large service team
- Exceptional service skills, including fine dining, wine knowledge, bar service, and guest-facing confidence
- Experience with high-level table styling, events, and service logistics
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, adaptable, and positive leadership style
- Additional skills such as sommelier training, barista experience, or floral styling are beneficial
- ENG1, STCW, Security Awareness, Food & Hygiene Level II, Crowd Control, Crisis Management, Seaman’s Book required
Start: ASAP
Salary: EUR 5,200 per month
Rotation: 2:2
