Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Captain to lead the operations of a 35m private M/Y operating a dual-season program (Mediterranean/Caribbean).
- Full-time, permanent position on a well-maintained private vessel
- Dual-season cruising with live-aboard owners

- Minimum Master 500GT
- B1/B2 is essential
- Proven experience as Captain on vessels 30m+
- Strong navigation and ship-handling skills
- Excellent crew management and communication skills
- Experience with ISM/mini-ISM, budgeting, and itinerary planning
- Voyage planning and execution for both Med and Caribbean seasons
- Overseeing all maintenance, surveys, and yard periods
- Ensuring high standards of safety, service, and presentation
- A captain who values longevity, teamwork, and a professional standard of operation
- A package of €8k+ DOE with 2:2 rotation is on offer
