Summary
We are seeking a skilled bosun to join a 60m charter and private motor yacht currently based in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deck crew, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of all deck operations. The role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and experience in a similar position aboard large yachts. Candidates should be working towards their Officer of the Watch (OOW) certification and possess additional skills such as diving, fishing, videography, or water sports instruction.
