SEASONAL BOSUN 55M
A seasonal opportunity for an experienced Deckhand stepping up or an established Bosun looking for a busy Caribbean season on a 55m private/charter yacht. The vessel is currently crossing to Antigua, with an active charter season ahead.
The role:
- Hands-on bosun role covering all deck operations
- Charter-focused season with two confirmed charters over Christmas and New Year
- Additional charters expected for the remainder of the season; no owner use
- Start date: ideally before 4th December, latest 9th December
- Caribbean start (Antigua)
What we’re looking for:
- Proven deck experience on yachts of similar size
- Yachtmaster Offshore - essential
- PWC Instructor - highly desirable
- Strong tender-driving ability
- Solid deck maintenance knowledge and confident leadership on a small deck team
- Comfortable in a busy, guest-facing charter environment
- Bonus: Drone and videography skills for charter video content
What’s on offer:
- €4,000 monthly
- Seasonal contract through to March/early April, with potential to go permanent
