Summary
We are recruiting an Interior Manager for a busy, heavy-charter, dual-season motor yacht. This role requires someone highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing the full administrative and logistical side of the interior while also supporting service and guest-facing operations when needed.
The position covers a wide range of responsibilities including heavy admin and logistics, guest itinerary planning, concierge duties, crew travel arrangements, immigration coordination, accounting and budgeting, and assisting with shipyard and maintenance period planning. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding high standards across all interior departments.
We are looking for an Interior Manager with strong communication and leadership skills, a positive and adaptable attitude, and the ability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proven longevity and excellent references are essential.
