Summary
We are hiring a Day Skipper / Day Captain to operate a 9m motor yacht for daily private and semi-private cruises along the Ayia Napa & Protaras coastline.
This is a shore-based seasonal position with a stable daytime schedule, no overnight trips, and a strong focus on guest experience and safe vessel handling.
Responsibilities
• Operate a 9m motor yacht on daily charters
• Mooring, docking, anchoring & guest transfers
• Pre-departure checks, fueling and basic upkeep
• Provide a friendly, professional service
• Coordinate with the onshore operations team
Requirements
• Experience handling small/medium motor vessels
• Valid skipper licence (support available for Cyprus Skipper Licence)
• Strong communication & guest interaction skills
• Fluent English
• Reliable, safety-minded, professional
• Available 1 April – 30 September
