Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bosun for a permanent role on board a 50+ metre sailing yacht with a world cruising itinerary.
As Bosun you will oversee the deck operations and maintenance, supervise the deckhand, and work closely with the First Mate to ensure smooth daily tasks and high standards.
The ideal candidate will hold a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore, have significant experience on large sailing yachts, especially in sail handling, deck work, rigging and have excellent maintenance skills. Any PADI certificates are a big bonus.
Candidates based in Europe are preferred.

Requirements
· Minimum - Yacht master offshore: Commercially endorsed
· Minimum of 4 years in the industry
· Eng1 + STCW
· Any OOW Modules would be a big plus
· Diving qualifications a big plus
