Captain Position (Couple with Chef) – 16m Charter Catamaran | Bahamas
We are seeking an experienced and guest-friendly Captain, ideally applying as part of a couple with a Chef, to operate a 16m charter catamaran based exclusively in the Bahamas. The start date is flexible from now until the end of February. The yacht has one of the highest booking rates and is already fully booked for the season, meaning strong tips are consistently expected. It runs with two crew and accommodates up to eight guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar captain role
- Hands-on approach, strong problem-solving, and excellent guest interaction
Contract & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: USD 4,500
- Seasonal contract from November–August with 14 days leave
- USD 1,000 flight credit each to and from the vessel each season
- Booking referral bonus for charters generated from crew leads
