ROTATIONAL RUSSIAN SPEAKING BUTLER NEEDED FOR 120m+ NEW BUILD MOTOR YACHT

A prestigious and luxurious 120-meter plus motor yacht is seeking a professional and experienced Russian-Speaking Butler to join their elite team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the guests, maintaining the highest standards of luxury, and ensuring their comfort
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Provide personalized, high-quality service to guests at all times, including greeting, assisting with luggage, ensuring comfort, and fulfilling any special requests.
Language Proficiency: Effectively communicate with Russian-speaking guests and crew members to ensure all requests are understood and met.
Dining: Assist with set up and serve meals, ensuring proper etiquette and presentation, assist in food and wine pairing, and maintain the highest standards of table service.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and serving during special events and gatherings, ensuring smooth and seamless operations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with HOD’s, to ensure smooth yacht operations.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in Russian: Must be fluent in both written and spoken Russian, with proficiency in English
Butler Experience: Previous experience as a butler, preferably on luxury yachts, private residences, or in 5-star hospitality environments.
Exceptional Service Standards: A strong background in high-end customer service, with a refined knowledge of etiquette, hospitality, and luxury service.
Discretion & Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and work discreetly with high-profile guests.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:
- STCW/ENG1 will be a bonus but not essential
- Must be a Russian Speaker
- Prior Butler experience with proven longevity is essential
