Summary
Position: Rotational Second Officer (UK/EU candidates only; repatriation included)
Qualifications: OOW 3000GT minimum / SSO
This position is open to both male and female applicants who meet the required qualifications and experience.
We are looking for an experienced Second Officer for an 80m private motor yacht. The vessel is currently for sale, however we are fully operational. The ideal candidate will be well presented, respectful, and comfortable taking responsibility for both navigation duties and broader operational tasks. You will be an important link between the bridge and the deck crew, supporting the smooth and safe running of the vessel.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as Second Officer on vessels of similar size
• Strong knowledge of ISM and ISPS
• A confident, proactive approach to safety management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially with crew training and development
• A forward-thinking mindset, adaptable and committed to maintaining high standards

Bridge & Equipment:
• Raytheon Synapsis ECDIS
• Fully paperless bridge
Package:
• Time-for-time rotation (8 weeks on / 8 weeks off)
• Single cabin
• €5,500 per month
