We are seeking an experienced Executive/Head Chef to oversee culinary operations aboard an 85m motor yacht The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality of dining experiences for guests and crew. This role requires a strong leadership presence, exceptional culinary skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a dynamic environment. The Executive/Head Chef will also be tasked with inventory management, maintaining health and safety standards, and accommodating dietary preferences. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in high-end culinary settings, preferably within the yachting industry, strong Michelin/ hatted restaurant background and possess a passion for creating innovative dishes. A rotational work schedule applies, and candidates must be prepared for worldwide itineraries. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
