Summary
1 month temp relief captain position required for 45m motor yacht staying in winter berth in Viareggio, Italy to cover captains leave.
This position would suit a chief officer, currently holding or recently qualified a 500 GT or 3000GT masters certificate.
We will be operating on minimum crew and duties during this period a primarily focused on maintaining safe operations of the vessel, monitoring of weather, and monitoring of our deckhand and his duties.
Chief engineer also will be onboard during this time.
The period of employment is from 10th December until 10th January. Please only apply if available for the entirety of the period. We are open to a couples position for the time also if coupled with a stewardess.
There are no plans to move the vessel during this period, however the masters certificate and boat handling is required in the event of emergency or at marinas request.
Salary TBC based on experience.
