Requirements:
- Chief Mate 3000 (essential)
- Previous Chief Officer experience
- Strong deck operations background
- Prior superyacht experience
- Drive time highly advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the crew
- Maintaining high operational and maintenance standards
- Ensuring vessel safety, security, and full compliance
- Overseeing daily operations
- Minor accounting
