The ideal candidate will possess a Chief Mate 3000 certification and have prior experience as a Chief Officer.
Responsibilities include managing the crew to maintain high operational standards, ensuring safety and compliance, and overseeing daily vessel operations. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective leadership, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Essential qualifications include previous yacht experience.
