Summary
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bosun to join our crew aboard a stunning 50m sailing yacht. This is a permanent position for someone who loves life on deck and takes real pride in keeping a yacht running smoothly.
As Bosun, you’ll be at the heart of all deck operations—maintaining and operating equipment, overseeing the upkeep and ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently. You’ll lead a motivated deck team, coordinating daily tasks, sharing your knowledge, and helping everyone grow through hands-on training and support.
Our ideal candidate has solid experience on sailing yachts, especially with sail handling and deck maintenance, and brings natural leadership, strong communication skills, and a genuine team-focused attitude. Relevant certifications and a passion for delivering high standards are essential.
