We are seeking a skilled Deck/Engineer for a temporary position on a 37m motor yacht currently located in Martinique. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vessel's deck operations and engineering systems, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the cruising itinerary including a new year charter already booked. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential for success in this role.
Itinerary: Martinique to Puerto Rico to St. Thomas/BVI to St. Maarten
Start date: 27th November 2025
End date: 7th January 2026
Salary: $4,000–4,500/month DOE
