Summary
We’re seeking an experienced, organised Chief Stewardess to lead the interior of a busy private and charter M/Y.
This is a fast-paced program for someone who can step aboard with confidence, keep standards polished, and guide the interior team through an active season. The yacht enjoys a healthy balance of owner usage and 10+ weeks of charter each year, so a Chief Stew who thrives in both settings will feel right at home.
Itinerary: Caribbean Winter 25/26 - Mediterranean Summer 2026
Start Date: January
Salary: 7,000 USD per month + 13th month bonus
Leave: 50 days
Program: Busy charter schedule with some owner trips
Skills & Attributes Required
- Proven Chief Stew experience on charter-active vessels; able to hit the ground running
- Strong service skills with confident wine, cocktail, and table service knowledge
- Organised, calm leader who mentors to high standards and supports a tight-knit team
- Excellent communication; brings clarity and steadiness to a dynamic program

- Active, healthy lifestyle aligned with vessel culture
Qualifications Required
- STCW (fully updated)
- ENG1 Seafarer’s Medical
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- WSET (bonus)
- B1/B2 Visa (if applicable)
