DAILY PRIVATE CHEF

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous private chef experience, Fluent Russian Speaker, Demonstrated longevity in previous positions, legal to work in the UK.
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Chef to join a prestigious household in Belgravia, London. Fluency in Russian is an essential requirement, as our client is a distinguished Russian businessman living with his wife and their two children.
This role requires a hands-on Chef of the highest calibre, with significant private Chef experience or a background in high-end restaurants. Longevity in previous roles is vital, as we are looking for someone committed to providing consistent, top-quality service over the long term.
The successful candidate must have an experience with Russian cuisine and an exceptional international culinary repertoire, the ability to work on their own initiative, and a personable, professional demeanour.
Key Responsibilities:
· Preparing lunch and dinner for the family
· Catering for VIP business and social events, including dinner parties
· Creating innovative menus, offering something new each day
· Sourcing and shopping for the best available ingredients
· Preparing lunch for household staff (approximately eight people)
· Ensuring impeccable presentation and attention to detail
· Occasional travel with the family to assist with catering needs (not frequent but may be required)
You will be required to work six days per week, with flexible working hours while the family is in residence. When the family is away, additional time off will be provided to balance the schedule.
