Summary
We are looking for a skilled sous chef to join this very busy private and charter motor yacht in the Caribbean in December.
Package:
3:1 Rotation
Salary: DOE, above industry standard
Heavy owner use + charter
Great interior and lovely mixed crew
Requirements:
Must have B1/B2 and certificates up to date
Professionally culinary trained
Previous experience on a yacht helpful but not essential
Willing and able to contribute to and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the galley
Cruising plans: Caribbean/USA for the winter and Mediterranean 2026
Could potentially be partnered with a 2nd officer/bosun with OOW for the right candidates
