Summary
We are seeking an experienced Captain to command our 43-meter private motor yacht on a permanent contract.
This role demands a highly skilled professional with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership capabilities to ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of the vessel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the highest standards of vessel performance and safety.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Valid Master 500GT license (minimum) with proven command experience on similar-sized private yachts.
- Previous experience with azipod propulsion systems is a significant advantage.
- Valid STCW Basic Safety, ENG1 medical certificate, and all necessary travel documents for Europe.
- Strong technical expertise in navigation, vessel maintenance, and operational management.
- Confident in overseeing guest watersports activities, ensuring safety and excellent service.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage crew with professionalism, maintaining a disciplined and efficient working environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professional demeanor with excellent manners and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
