Summary
We are seeking an experienced Captain for a 55m motor yacht operating on a rotational schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the vessel, ensuring the safety and security of all crew and guests while adhering to maritime regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include navigation, crew management, and maintenance oversight. The role involves managing the vessel's operations between the Mediterranean and the Arabian Gulf. The ideal candidate will possess a Master 3000 ticket, with at least three years of experience as Captain on similar-sized vessels (50-60m), demonstrating strong handling and administrative skills. Familiarity with charter operations is advantageous. A commitment to professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial for success in this role.
