Summary
We are seeking an experienced First Mate for a busy private/charter motor yacht with an immediate start. Candidates must hold a minimum Offshore 200-Ton Master license or OOW and possess solid charter experience with strong guest-facing abilities. Advanced diving experience—ideally Divemaster or Instructor level—is highly preferred, as the yacht runs an active program with frequent water-based activities. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, and hardworking, with proven leadership skills, excellent deck management, tender driving proficiency, and strong watchkeeping capability.
