120ft Motor Yacht – Chief Stewardess Position
A 120ft private/charter motor yacht is seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Stewardess to join their program.
Candidates must have prior experience in the Chief Stew role on yachts of similar size or larger and be confident in leading, organizing, and elevating an interior program. The owners have had the vessel for less than a year, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure and setting standards from the ground up.
Program Overview:
Dual program: Private in the summer and charter in the winter
Itinerary: Florida & Bahamas in winter, New England (up to Maine) in summer
Yard periods in Fort Lauderdale
7 full-time crew onboard (Chief & Junior Stew on the interior)
American owners
Current Status:
The yacht is nearing the end of a yard period and requires a full deep clean, reset, and organization ahead of owner use in mid-December. A Christmas charter in the Bahamas is also booked, so candidates must be confident in preparing the interior efficiently and to high standards.
Requirements:
Prior Chief Stew experience on similar-sized vessels
Strong leadership, organizational, and service skills
Ability to build and maintain a smooth-running interior program
All valid certificates, visas, and passports up to date
Start date: Within the next two weeks or sooner in Fort Lauderdale
