We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Chief Stewardess to join a 60m New Build MY.
Candidate will participate in the final outfitting stages and onboard setup ahead of delivery (March/April 2026).
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as Chief Stewardess on 50m+ private yachts, ideally with Middle Eastern ownership, and an excellent understanding of cultural sensitivities and service expectations. She will be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and possess outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Previous new build or vessel setup experience is essential.
This is a strictly dry boat, no alcohol and no smoking onboard, no visible tattoos. The Captain aims to create a calm, positive, and cheerful working environment. The yacht is not busy, with owner usage expected mainly during July to August plus a couple of weeks in September (not continuous).
The role requires excellent service standards and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach, ensuring smooth daily operations and flawless guest experience. The Chief Stewardess will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading the interior team while maintaining a discreet, professional, and respectful demeanor at all times (no social media, no onboard photos).
