Busy private Motor Yacht with considerable owner and family use with charters in between and world cruising schedule.
Seeking a dynamic Head Chef or well experienced Sous Chef looking to step up to a Head Chef role. Must have a vast repertoire being able to cater for high-end charter clients and discerning owner's culinary requirements.
Needs to have a calm and focussed demeanour, a true team player and enthusiastic about punctuality, attention to detail, cuisine presentation, personal appearance and respectabilty.
Pastry background preferred
Rosette, Michelin or high-end private shore based experience a plus, but must be able to multitask in all aspects of provisioning effectively, menu planning, punctual mealtime delivery, overall galley management, and liaising in a professional and courteous manner with Interior service, crew and guests.
