This is a rare opportunity for a professional Interior Manager who thrives in a dynamic, multifaceted environment and takes pride in leading large interior teams with both excellence and empathy. Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on 100m+ vessels, ideally across both private and charter operations
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing large interior teams
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
- Previous new build, refit, or shipyard experience highly beneficial
- Excellent organisational, communication, and budgeting abilities
- Confident, approachable, and composed under pressure
- Passion for building a positive, healthy, and supportive crew culture
- Interest in sustainability, exploration, or science-related initiatives a plus
Start date: 1 February
Salary: EUR 10,500 per month
Rotation: 4:4 (may shift to 6:6 during certain phases)
Location: Worldwide
