We’re seeking an experienced Head Chef to cover the current chef’s medical leave. The vessel operates with two rotational Head Chefs and a permanent Sous Chef, and is heavily used by the owners and family.
This is a flexible, hands-on role, as some cooking may take place in an apartment while shipyard work limits onboard operations. The position focuses on fresh, healthy, family-style cuisine for owners and guests, with occasional charter service.
Initial period of approximately 3 months to cover medical leave, with the goal to continue on a 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off rotation thereafter.
