Summary
We are seeking a qualified Relief Captain for a 52m motor yacht based in the United States for the period of December - January. This temporary position involves overseeing all aspects of the vessel's operation, including navigation, crew management, and adherence to safety protocols while cruising in the local area and the Bahamas.
The Relief Captain will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the yacht during the primary Captain's absence, maintaining compliance with maritime regulations, and upholding high standards of service.
Candidates should possess a valid Captain’s license, extensive experience in yacht operations, and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in similar roles and be adept at problem-solving in dynamic environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-managed vessel while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all onboard.

License requirement: MCA Master 3000.
